Moving your account to Loveurope

Moving to us

At Loveurope we realise that as attractive as cost savings may be, moving to a new supplier can be a difficult process. Managing change is an essential part of what we do and to this end we have developed a system that makes changing to us a simple as possible.

When we engage with new clients we have 4 key criteria.

1) Our starting point is to spend some time seeing how you like to work and then mirror that perfectly ourselves.

2) A comprehensive introduction including ‘on-boarding’ info packs explaining who you will be dealing with from day one, FAQs, and an

in-depth explanation as to how we will operate with you.

3) At the same time we will contact your media agency and publications to put these key relationships firmly in place, and make sure that we have all the media specs that your work will require.

4) Collect your relevant advertising assets from your previous supplier and populate our systems (which we gear to each new client's needs).

All of our clients get as standard a Central Implementation Team (to run your account), a Digital Asset Management System (to store all of your advertising assets), Campaign Management Tools (so that you can trace your work in our system through every stage) and some smarter production thinking. And of course, for anything more just ask.

Changing supplier need not be difficult, all it requires is understanding and love.
